These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AdOff. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time (see §15 for notice requirements).
AdOff is a Chrome browser extension that blocks advertisements at the network and visual level and prevents anti-adblock detection systems from identifying the extension. The Service consists of:

The Free tier is available to everyone without registration, payment, or account creation. It includes core ad blocking functionality as described above.
The Pro tier requires purchase of a license key. Pro features are activated by entering the license key in the extension. A Pro license allows simultaneous activation on up to 3 devices. Attempting to activate on more than 3 devices will require deactivating an existing device first.
New installations include a 15-day free trial of all Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial. The trial begins automatically upon first installation and cannot be restarted after it expires.
Pro licenses are offered as monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, or lifetime licenses. Current pricing is displayed on the adoff.app website at the time of purchase.

Subject to these Terms and timely payment (where applicable), AdOff grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension.

AdOff and all associated intellectual property (code, design, trademarks, brand elements) are owned by AdOff and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
The filter lists and blocking rules used by AdOff may incorporate open-source community filter lists. Where applicable, such lists are used in accordance with their respective open-source licenses.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADOFF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ADOFF'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
AdOff does not endorse ad blocking as a means to harm content creators or publishers who rely on advertising revenue. Users are encouraged to whitelist websites they wish to support using the built-in whitelist feature.
AdOff is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Google, YouTube, or any other company whose services you may use with the Extension.
AdOff reserves the right to revoke or suspend your license key without refund if:
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension except where the violation is egregious or ongoing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period (except within the 30-day money-back window described in §4).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cagliari, Italy.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
